Located on the corner of Wijnstraat and Sint-Cornelisstraat, just five minutes’ walk from the Grand-Place de Renaix (Ronse) and a host of restaurants, cafés, bakers and shops, this superb gabled townhouse is hard to miss. It features an attractive façade that is finely crafted in the Flemish neo-Renaissance style. It was erected in 1885 by an industrialist and also served as a doctor's practice and a shop.

Today, this superb house has been fully renovated. From the vaulted cellar to the rooftop, four floors up, the house has regained much of its original charm, whilst offering all modern amenities.
