Rate change effective 1st March

From 1 March 2026, the VAT rate on holiday rentals in Belgium will increase from 6% to 12%.
We will therefore adjust our rates on 1 March. The prices you see include VAT.

For bookings made before 1 March 2026, the 6% rate will continue to apply if the total amount is paid before 30 June 2026.

For the entire holiday home with sleeping accommodation for up to 20 people:

For use of just the ground floor:

MEETING or TEAM BUILDING

Capacity of approximately 40 people with a reception hall, tapestry and TV lounge, dining area, professionally equipped kitchen, cold storage, tasting room, outdoor terrace, covered and heated outdoor kitchen, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, and bicycle storage.

Our ground floor is open for meetings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Rates and additional options below.

Hot tub and sauna supplement: €210

Extra

Water, coffee, and tea are included.

Catering is available upon request.

Luxury package included

  • Boxspring beds made before your arrival. Two baby cots are available and can be made upon request.
  • Bathrobes for the wellness can be used freely.
  • Use hot tub, sauna and jacuzzi
  • Heated covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, paella and wok system.
  • Firewood and lighters for the sauna & hot tub are available.
  • Use of the fully equipped kitchen with 5 ovens, 8 hot plates, 2 dishwashers, 2 large warming drawers, microwave and all accessories
  • Utility room with walk-in cold room and freezer with ice cubes
  • You can use the fondue and raclette machines
  • We have a free basic assortment of herbs, oil and vinegar.
  • Dishwashing products, dishcloths and kitchen towels are provided.
  • Large relaxation room under the roof: cinema with beamer and DVD, billiards, darts, poker and kicker table, board games for young and old, bar, music and tap installation.
  • Digital television on the ground floor
  • Wine tasting room with access to the wine cellar
  • Cleaning the house, washing & ironing of all laundry

General: smoking / pets

There is a general smoking ban within the building, but there are covered outdoor spaces with seating.

Pets are only allowed on special request and it has to be asked before your arrival.
