Terms of Payment
When booking, the customer pays 50% of the amount and the costs. At least 4 weeks before arrival, the remaining 50% is paid, along with the 800 € deposit.

The deposit is returned afterwards if the final inspection shows no damage to the property.
If the stay is cancelled within the four weeks prior to arrival, the advance payment of 50% is considered as a cancellation fee for the owners of the property. A refund is not possible.
